When my husband, a humanitarian aid consultant, was asked in 2015 to fly with an emergency response team to Nepal to assist people after a devastating earthquake, the German public television MDR Fernsehen asked us to produce a short film about the 48 hours he has between the first call and his departure.

A week later, the MDR Fernsehen came back to us a second time asking if we would not like to document how we are dealing as a family with such a situation. We thought about it and accepted. (in German)
